Position Description:
Application Lifecycle Management Tools specialist that maintains the core components of our ALM solution: JIRA, OTTR and Confluence.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Responsible for installation of new systems and new releases into maintenance and productive environment, following SDLC and change management procedures
· Responsible for appropriate and qualitative system documentation including technical system documentation, installation scripts, test plans and scripts
· Responsible for system tests design and execution. Ensure testing is conducted appropriately, and support/coordinate user acceptance testing
· Provide business process support by understanding existing business processes, and offering advice, implementation of changes or reconfiguration to meet business objectives
· Ensure compliance with SOPs/policies, and adequate access rights are given to trained staff
· Maintain data integrity (application data)
· Take on coordination activities related to smaller changes for systems within area of responsibility
· Perform trainings for new hires in regards to that tools
· Support rollout and migrations of work streams that are moved from older toolset to the OT R&D standards Product Lifecycle Management tools
· Take a proactive approach in analyzing and deriving recommendations for increased utilization of the application
· Java and/or Ruby programming experience
· knowledge of system admin of JIRA, Confluence tools, etcHow to Apply
