Key Shortlisting criteria for all positions below

1. People working in Product Development Companies preferred (Java/ J2ee background)
2.People management/ Team management component will be minimal and limited to Sr positions .
3.Hands on Coding expected



Position 1 – Java / J2ee skills

o Expert Java skills, AutoForms CMS, Testing tools knowledge, Estimations

o 6+ yrs experience preferable from a Product Development background - This will be a senior level position – lead position

· Position 2 – Java, C++ Skills

o 3-9 yrs Can hire at either SSE or Lead - Expert Java skills, Intermediate C++ skills

· Position 3- Python, PHP Skills

o 3-6 yrs experience level , Python, PHP

· Position 4- Flash Scripting, Java

o 3-6 yrs experience , Flash Scripting, Java

· Position 5 -Java Script+HTML

o 3-5 yrs experience, JavaScript + HTML

· Position 6 – QA

o 3-6 yrs , Testing tools
